Treatment error simulations

As a part of my PhD research, I am studying deep learning approaches for treatment error classification on time-integrated gamma-maps. My question is about synthetic gamma-maps generation. Does PyMedPhys have a feature of portal dose images prediction?

No portal dose projection in PyMedPhys, no. There are some in the community who have done it though and they may be interested in contributing that to PyMedPhys.

If you do build out a portal dose projection tool, we would be more than happy to include it within PyMedPhys
